Michelle Lee Diasinos is a breathwork facilitator, author, and coach with a background in occupational therapy and education.

Michelle’s personal journey with mental and emotional wellness led her on the path of mindfulness, healing, and self-discovery.

Her journey inwards sparked a deep calling to support others navigating their unique healing journey and breaking generational cycles so they can live as and raise conscious, emotionally well future adults.
